TelXplorer respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States and process infringement notices pursuant to a notice-and-takedown procedure. This page explains how to submit a notice.
TelXplorer is a directory of links to Telegram groups, channels and bots operated by third parties. We do not host the content of those groups or channels; we only publish the links submitted by users. When we receive a valid notice, we remove the corresponding link from our directory, although we have no control over the content hosted on Telegram. As an intermediary service provider, we operate under the protection of the safe harbor provision of Section 512 of the DMCA.
If you believe in good faith that a link published on the Site infringes your copyright, please send our designated agent a written notice that includes:
Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
An identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The identification and exact location of the material you believe is infringing on the Site (for example, the URL of the listing or link).
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
You may send your notice to our designated agent by the following means:

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting it.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified link and notify the user who submitted it of the claim.
If you believe the material was removed in error or by misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
The identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by error or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you reside outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be located), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
You may send your counter-notice through the contact channels listed above. Pursuant to the DMCA, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the claimant initiates legal action.
TelXplorer reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at its sole discretion and in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated version on this page.
