Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026.

1. Introduction

At TelXplorer (hereinafter, "the Site", "we") we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Data Controller and Contact

The data controller is TelXplorer. For any matter related to your personal data, you may write to us at [email protected].

3. Information We Collect
  • 3.1. Information You Provide

We collect data you provide to us directly, such as your username, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and the content you submit (groups, channels, bots, descriptions, images, links).

  • 3.2. Browsing and Technical Information

We automatically collect data such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, and referral page. These data may be retained for security purposes and to cooperate with authorities regarding illegal activities.

  • 3.3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your session, and show adult advertising through ExoClick and Adsterra. Consent is managed via the Sirdata platform (CMP, IAB TCF v2.2). You can change your preferences at any time from the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer, or from your browser settings.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where European regulations (GDPR) or equivalent apply, we process your data on the basis of: (a) performance of a contract (providing the service and managing your account); (b) your consent (advertising and analytics cookies); (c) our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and Site improvement); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Use of Information
  • 5.1. Service Provision

We use your information to operate the Site, manage your account, publish the content you submit, respond to your inquiries, and personalize your experience.

  • 5.2. Analytics and Improvements

We use the data collected, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used and to improve its performance.

  • 5.3. Advertising

We show adult advertising through ExoClick and Adsterra, which may use cookies to personalize ads based on your interests and activity. Consent and the transmission of signals to these networks are managed with the Sirdata CMP under the IAB TCF v2.2 standard.

  • 5.4. Security and Abuse Prevention

We use Google reCAPTCHA and technical logs to protect the Site against spam, fraud, and misuse, and to detect and address reported illegal content.

  • 5.5. Sign in with Google

We offer the option to sign in with your Google account (SSO). When you use it, we request access only to your name and email address from Google, solely to create and manage your TelXplorer account, verify your identity when signing in, and communicate with you. We do not request access to your profile photo, contacts, calendar, files, or any other data from your Google account, and we never post anything on your behalf.

6. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when necessary to: (a) provide the service through providers such as Google (authentication, analytics, advertising, reCAPTCHA) and our hosting provider; (b) comply with the law or requests from authorities; (c) prevent, detect, or investigate illegal activities, fraud, or security threats; or (d) protect our rights, property, or safety and those of third parties. In cases of seriously illegal content (for example, child sexual abuse material), we may disclose available information to the competent authorities and to organizations such as NCMEC.

7. International Transfers

Since we operate internationally and use global providers, your data may be processed or stored in countries other than your own, whose data protection laws may differ. We adopt reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers are subject to adequate safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information while your account is active and for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless the law requires or permits a longer period. Certain technical records (such as IP addresses associated with submissions) may be retained for longer periods for security purposes and cooperation with authorities.

9. Information Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights
  • 10.1. Access and Rectification

You have the right to access your personal information and to correct any inaccurate data by writing to us at [email protected].

  • 10.2. Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information and account, except where we must retain certain data due to a legal obligation or for the defense of claims.

  • 10.3. Objection, Restriction, and Portability

Under applicable law, you may object to or request restriction of processing, withdraw your consent at any time, and request the portability of your data.

  • 10.4. Complaints and regional choices

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority and to withdraw your consent. If you reside in California or other U.S. states (CCPA/CPRA), you may exercise your right not to sell or share your personal information via the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer. If you reside in Brazil (LGPD), you have equivalent rights over your data.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post the updated version on this page, indicating the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
